We at Pincus Communications, Inc. and Pincus Professional Education (“Pincus Communications, Inc.”) are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Your loyalty as either a visitor or a Member (i.e., an individual who signs up for access to one or more Services) is important, and we hope that our concerns regarding your privacy, as described in this policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”), demonstrate our commitment to making your Pincus Communications, Inc. experience an enjoyable and useful one. We do not disclose, sell or lend or in anyway disseminate our email list to any non-affiliated third party, such as advertisers or other professional consultants. However, if Pincus Communications is ever sold, its email list will transfer to the new buyer as part of the assets of that business sale and such transfer does not constitute dissemination to a non-affiliated third party. I. The information we gather
With the exception of our ‘join our email list’ option, we do not gather private or non-private information about you as a user of this website. In order to join our email list, individuals are required to provide us with their first and last name and an e-mail address. You may op-out of receiving future mailings at any time; see the choice/opt-out section below.

(a) Double Opt-In. When you submit your name and email address to join our email list you will receive an email asking you to confirm you are choosing to join our email list. You must respond to this confirmation email to be added to our email list through the ‘join email list’ option on this web site. This is done to protect your privacy and ensure you wish to join the list and no other person has submitted your name in error.
(b)Choice/Opt-Out. We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving all communications from Pincus Communications, Inc. when we send you email. Every email will include an option to remove your information from our database and to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. In this area, your name and e-mail address are requested of users who wish to receive our monthly electronic newsletter.
VI. Age
Pincus Communications, Inc.‘s web site does not target children under the age of 13. In the event that we discover that personally identifiable information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

Seminar Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event (7 days prior for teleseminars) and a credit voucher will be issued. If you prefer, a refund, less a $50 non-refundable deposit, will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of an event (7 days for teleseminars). Teleseminar Cancellations: Once log-in codes and teleconference passwords are issued for a teleseminar, a refund is not possible.
